This Public Offer describes the terms for ordering personalized digital greeting cards from WowCards AI on wowcardsai.com.
By submitting a request through the website, messenger, email, or another communication channel, the customer confirms that they have read this Offer and agree to interact with the service under these terms.
1. Terms
Service means WowCards AI, the website wowcardsai.com, and related communication channels.
Contractor means the administrator of WowCards AI who receives a request, prepares the design, and delivers the order result to the customer.
Customer means the user who submits a request to create a personalized card.
Card means a digital graphic file created according to the customer's individual request using AI tools, manual adjustment, refinement, and design work.
Preview means a preliminary version of the card with a watermark or another restriction, provided to the customer for review and approval before payment.
Final file means the finished card without the watermark, delivered to the customer after payment for the approved concept.
2. Scope of service
WowCards AI provides a service for preparing a personalized digital greeting card based on the customer's individual description.
The customer may specify the occasion, recipient, style, text, story wishes, colors, mood, images, references, and other details of the future card.
The result is a digital card file that may be used for sending in messengers, publishing in personal accounts, printing for personal use, or another agreed use.
3. Order process
- The customer submits a request through the website form or another available communication channel.
- The customer provides a contact method: Telegram, WhatsApp, email, or another convenient option.
- The contractor may clarify order details if needed.
- The contractor prepares the first card concept and sends it to the customer as a watermarked preview.
- The customer reviews the preview, requests edits within the selected package, approves the concept, or declines further work.
- After concept approval, the customer pays for the selected package.
- After payment, the contractor delivers the final digital file without the watermark.
4. Preparation timeline
The estimated time for preparing the first concept is 6 to 24 hours after receiving enough order information.
The timeline may increase if the task is complex, details need clarification, the customer takes time to respond, there is an order queue, technical limitations arise, or other circumstances affect the work.
If additional materials are needed from the customer, the preparation timeline starts from the moment such materials are received.
5. Packages and service contents
Current packages, prices, and package contents are shown on the main website page or communicated to the customer before payment.
The website may present, for example, the following service formats:
- Basic — one static card version and minimal adjustments within the agreed idea.
- Premium — several concepts or an expanded revision scope, if stated in the package description.
The specific service contents are determined by the selected package and the arrangements agreed with the customer before payment.
Currency conversion shown on the website, if any, may be approximate and may depend on the exchange rate or website settings at the time of viewing.
6. Payment
Payment is made after the customer has reviewed the preview, approved the concept, and confirmed that they want the final file without the watermark.
The payment method is agreed with the customer individually. Payment may be accepted through methods available at the time of the order and specified on the website or in correspondence.
The contractor's obligation to deliver the final file arises after payment is received, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
7. Order cancellation and refunds
If the first card concept does not suit the customer and the customer does not want to continue the work, no payment is required.
After preview approval, payment, and delivery of the final file, the service is considered provided. A refund after delivery of the final file is possible only by separate agreement or if the service was provided improperly.
If the customer changes the initial idea, style, occasion, recipient, text, or other key order terms after payment, such work may be treated as a new order or an additional paid service.
8. Revisions
Revisions are made within the selected package and the agreed card idea.
Revisions usually include text corrections, minor changes to composition, color, design details, or clarification of the card mood.
A complete change of concept, new theme, different recipient, different style, or creation of an entirely new image may be treated as separate work and charged additionally.
9. Customer materials
The customer is responsible for the legality and correctness of materials they provide for card creation, including photos, images, names, texts, ideas, references, wishes, and other information.
The customer confirms that they have the right to provide such materials to the contractor and allow their use for card creation.
The customer must not submit materials that violate third-party rights or contain illegal, discriminatory, harmful, offensive, or otherwise prohibited content.
The contractor may refuse to fulfill an order if the materials or wishes violate this Offer, third-party rights, legislation, or internal service rules.
10. Use of AI tools
External AI services, image generation tools, text processing tools, retouching tools, design tools, and other technical tools may be used to prepare cards.
The customer understands that an AI result may differ from expectations, references, or description, and may require manual refinement and approval.
The contractor does not guarantee exact reproduction of a specific artistic style, character, brand, photo, or reference if this is technically impossible, violates third-party rights, or conflicts with the rules of services used.
11. Rights to the result
After payment, the customer receives the right to use the final card for personal purposes: sending to close ones, printing for personal use, publishing in personal accounts, and storing in a personal archive.
Commercial use of the card, resale, mass distribution, use in advertising, on goods, in paid materials, or on behalf of a brand must be agreed separately.
A watermarked preview is not intended for publication, printing, watermark removal, transfer to third parties, or use without payment.
12. Portfolio and publication of work
WowCards AI does not publish the customer's photos, personal materials, correspondence, or personalized cards in the portfolio without separate customer consent.
Anonymized examples, demonstration images, or works that do not contain the customer's personal data may be used to demonstrate service capabilities if this does not violate the customer's rights and interests.
13. Liability limitations
The service provides a creative digital service. Perception of the design, beauty, style, and emotional effect of a card is subjective.
The contractor aims to take the customer's wishes into account but does not guarantee that the result will fully match the customer's subjective expectations if the work is performed within the agreed description and package.
The contractor is not responsible for the consequences of the customer's use of the card if the customer uses the result in violation of law, third-party rights, or this Offer.
14. Refusal to fulfill a request
The contractor may refuse to fulfill a request without explaining detailed reasons, especially if the order is related to illegal, harmful, offensive, discriminatory, politically extremist, pornographic, or otherwise prohibited content.
The contractor may also refuse an order if the task is technically impossible, violates the rules of AI services used, or requires materials the customer cannot provide.
15. Personal data
Processing of personal data, contacts, photos, technical information, and customer materials is described in a separate Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to terms
The contractor may update this Offer if the service operation, packages, payment procedure, communication methods, legislation, or other terms change.
The current version of the Offer is published on wowcardsai.com. The terms of a specific order are determined by the version of the Offer and agreements in effect at the time the order is placed.
